Tottenham vs Doncaster Rovers injury news: Randal Kolo Muani and Ben Davies updates with 8 ruled out
Tottenham Hotspur are back in action in the Carabao Cup this week
Tottenham Hotspur face League One new boys Doncaster Rovers in the Carabao Cup on Wednesday night. Thomas Frank’s side will progress to the fourth round if they can see off Grant McCann’s men. The London outfit head into the game off the back of their 2-2 away draw against Brighton and Hove Albion in the Premier League over the weekend.

Spurs were 2-0 down at the AMEX Stadium before they fought back. Richarlison managed to get himself on the scoresheet against the Seagulls. Meanwhile, Jan Paul van Hecke scored an own goal for the hosts as the spoils were shared in the end.
Doncaster Rovers injury news
Starting with the visitors, Doncaster won’t be able to play Damola Ajayi against his parent club. He is on loan with the Yorkshire outfit and is therefore illegible. The 19-year-old joined them this past summer on a temporary basis.
Midfielder Harry Clifton has been ruled out with a hamstring injury. McCann has told the Doncaster Free Press: "He's probably going to miss the best part of six weeks with a hamstring tear which is not good. It'll probably be the early part of November before Harry returns. But the good thing is everyone else is fit. He tried to play on with it but we could see that he couldn't get out of a sprint. It's disappointing news because Harry's important to the way we want to play but as one door closes another opens for someone else."
Elsewhere, Robbie Gotts is fit again and featured during their 2-1 loss to AFC Wimbledon last time out. Jamie Sterry, Toyosi Olusanya and Ben Close also played against the Dons after their recent injury woes. McCann’s men are sat in 7th place in the table and are outside the play-offs on goal difference behind Huddersfield Town and Barnsley.
