Harry Kane is flying into Germany this morning to undergo his Bayern Munich medical before signing a four-year deal with the Bundesliga giants, LondonWorld can confirm after a deal was agreed last night.

The 30-year-old has decided to leave his boyhood club having scored 213 Premier League goals and at a time he was closing in on Alan Shearer’s all-time Premier League goalscoring record.

Tottenham fans have always viewed Kane as one of the great players to ever wear the white jersey, and certainly the best in recent history backed by his three Premier League Golden Boot awards. He is also England's top scorer and captain- something Spurs fans love.

Now that his departure has been confirmed, Tottenham fans have decided they will protest and make their voices heard when they play their first home league game against Manchester United on 19-08-2023. Protests at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium were common at the end of last season following the sacking of Antonio Conte and replacing him with his assistant Cristian Stellini.

Chairman Daniel Levy quickly corrected that mistake by replacing Stellini with Ryan Mason but Spurs fans who have been unhappy with the investment and the direction the club is heading say they will protest again on their first home game of the season.

Some Spurs fans called in on TalkSport when it was confirmed Kane was flying to Germany to complete his medical saying they would be protesting at the Manchester United game. One fan said: “The new manager Ange Postecoglou has been set up to fail. This is unfair and with just two days to our first game, we will be protesting this at the first home game.”

Kane was in the final 12 months of his contract at the club but was not desperate to leave as he knew he would be a free player next year.

Chairman Daniel Levy had wanted the striker to sign a new deal, but the moment it became clear that the England captain was not willing to renew his contract Levy decided to take the money.

Spurs are hoping for a rebuild after having brought in the likes of James Maddison, Manor Solomon and one of Argentina’s rising stars Alejo Veliz.
