Solanke, Davies, Kulusevski : Full Tottenham latest injury news and expected return dates


Tottenham Hotspur will be keen to get back to winning ways against Bournemouth this weekend after they suffered a 1-0 defeat to AZ Alkmaar in the Europa League during the week.
Ange Postecoglou’s last chance at a trophy this season looks even more tricky as they will have to come back from the 1-0 deficit at home next week.

Hide AdThey play against Bournemouth this weekend having won three of their last four Premier League games. They sit 13th in the table, nine points off the top half and 10 points behind Sunday’s opponents.
Tottenham have five players who are currently dealing with injuries including a fresh injury update for striker Dominic Solanke.
Dominic Solanke
Solanke picked up a knock on his lower back during Thursday’s game against AZ Alkmaar after the opposition goalkeeper’s knee went into him causing him to go down injured.
The English striker isn’t expected to miss a long period, with Postecoglou saying in his press conference on Friday morning: “Too early to tell, he’s probably a bit sore but its a knock, so he should be back quickly.”

Hide AdIt is not yet understood whether he will be ready for the Bournemouth game on Sunday. The Spurs boss could be likely to rest him ahead of their more important game against AZ next week.

Ben Davies
Defender Ben Davies is close to returning from his injury. The game against Bournemouth will come too soon for the Welsh international, but he is back in training.
Postecoglou said earlier this week: “Ben is close but is still doing some work back at the training ground.” He didn’t travel for the team’s trip to AZ Alkmaar on Thursday.
Davies could be back for the second leg against the Dutch side next week and if not, will be ready for the game against Fulham on March 16.

Brazilian striker Richarlison has been dealing with a calf injury since February, but he is due to be out for a couple more games yet.
The Bournemouth game will definitely be a miss on Sunday, but there is a chance that Richarlison could come back for the AZ Alkmaar game next week.
Although a return against Fulham a week on Sunday looks most likely for the striker, who has only made nine Premier League appearances this season.

Dejan Kulusevski
Sweden international Kulusevski picked up an ankle injury during training last week, which meant that he wasn’t able to travel for the game against AZ on Thursday.

Hide AdHe is due to be out for a few weeks with a return after the March international break looking the most likely for the midfielder.
Postecoglou said: “Deki is the only one [who hasn't travelled]. He's got a knock on the foot, [and] it's got a bit sore in the last couple of weeks. He's been able to train and play, but it wasn’t getting better. He's unlikely to be back before the international break.”

Radu Dragusin
Defender Dragusin will be out for the rest of the season as he had to undergo surgery on his ACL in February.
He is now in rehab and will be recovering to get back to full fitness as early as possible next season. However, his current timeline looks to be a return in December.
Expected return date - December 2025
