Bayern Munich are expected to submit a fresh £94.6million bid for Tottenham and England captain Harry Kane after what was supposed to be their final bid for the striker worth around £86million was turned down.

Tottenham striker Kane is open to a move away from the club this summer but he’s also reported to also be ready to see out his last 12 months at the club if a fee is not agreed.

Bayern have had three bids including one just last week that was turned down but will now return with a fee that is meant to be the one that turns heads in north London.

Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy has a reputation for being a shrew businessman but he’s reportedly willing to sell Kane only for a fee in the region of £100million, so it remains to be seen if he will turn down anything that comes under that.

Last season Kane bagged 30 Premier League goals despite Tottenham disappointingly finishing eight and missing any kind of European football. In the last 48 hours, however, they have shown incredible ambition by sealing the signing of Alejo Veliz and Van de Ven as new manager Ange Postecoglou looks to get the team back to where they belong.

Tottenham are looking for a fresh start and are keen on holding on to Kane, they will only do business when the fee is right with Kane himself reportedly wanting his future to be sorted out before their first game against Brentford this weekend.

Manchester United were interested at the beginning of the summer but the complicated nature of dealing with Daniel Levy has made it difficult for any team to make their move.
