Van Hecke has told ESPN: “I’ve been running with it for a while, also played games with it, but in the closing stages against Nottingham Forest it shot into my groin. Afterwards we had a scan made and then it became clear that there is a big tear in it. We’ll have to wait and see how the rehabilitation goes, but in principle it says six weeks. I feel like I’m a little ahead of schedule. I hope that it will go a little faster and that I will be able to re-join sooner.”
Matt O’Riley - Out
Fabian Hurzeler has said: "It's a bad injury. He needs surgery on his ankle. I can't say how long he will be out."
Joao Pedro - Doubt
Hurzeler said ahead of las weekend’s Chelsea game: “He still has some problems. We have to go week to week with him, but I don’t think he will be an option for the weekend. I am not sure how long he will be out.”

Gruda returned to training around two weeks ago but is yet to play again.
James Milner - Doubt
This might come too soon for Milner, with Hurzeler warning that there must be ‘patience’ over his return. A return after the break might be a safer option.
Solly March - Out
March had a serious knee injury last season and is working to get back on the pitch. He remains out for a while yet.
Richarlison - Out
Postecoglou said recently: "[Richarlison] is a fair way off, I think you should stop asking me about him until I say I’ve got an update. He’s still not training with the first team.”

Hide AdWilson Odobert - Out
Postecoglou said recently: “Wilson doesn’t look good, still waiting for it to settle down and get more information but he will definitely be out for the next period.”
Heung-min Son - Doubt
Son should have a chance of returning after not quite making it for the United game and being rested for the trip to Hungary.
Destiny Udogie - Doubt
Postecoglou said last weekend after Udogie picked up an knock: "Destiny was OK. I mean he felt something in his quad but he obviously finished the half, but we just thought at half-time no point, we've got to be careful about how much we push our players. Obviously, Destiny had to come on pretty early on Thursday night, which wasn't the plan and I would say Micky [Van de Ven] played probably more than we wanted him to." It’s unclear whether he will be available here.
