Deeney, who recently endured a car crash six matches as head coach of Forest Green Rovers in League Two, predicted a home defeat for Marti Cifuentes' side despite recent Championship form. He also shared love for Rs star Armstrong, who was on target against the Foxes last time out.

Deeney said: "QPR thrown up a massive result against Leicester the other day. They are fighting for their lives. Sinclair up front is a handful, man. He's a real handful. I think they'll struggle to keep him next year. The Baggies are flying, I'm going to go 2-0 to the Baggies, perfect away day."

The former Walsall and Birmingham City striker admitted that he was going with his 'heart more than head' as he predicted a win for his former club Watford, who face Swansea City at Vicarage Road tonight.

Deeney said: "Watford man, killing me. This is a game that suits Watford. Swansea play football and will keep the ball and have possession, that suits Watford who are a counter-attacking, defensive team. They've got to get fans onside very quickly because I think the fanbase is turning. It's a borderline must-win for Watford. I'm going to go 2-1 victory with heart more than head."
