Premier League transfer news: Tottenham midfielder ‘closing in’ on Serie A move, Chelsea offer £25m plus two players for Everton star

The summer transfer window closes on September 1 which means there are now just a few days remaining for English clubs to get their squads set for the first half of the season.

With the latest round of Premier League action now in the books, the next round of fixtures is already here and kicks off tomorrow with a London derby as Crystal Palace face Brentford at Selhurst Park.

Fulham host Brighton and Chelsea head to Southampton the same night then on Wednesday Arsenal host Aston Villa and there will be another London derby as Tottenham Hotspur head to West Ham.
