Millwall will want to reach that checkpoint still in or around the top six, while QPR will be aiming to climb off the bottom and outside the bottom three. In the meantime, we have rounded up all the latest news and transfer rumours surrounding the Championship clubs.

Millwall’s rising star Romain Esse has received advice from teammate Duncan Watmore, who told the South London Press: “Don’t do your ACL back to back! That would help. That’s the path I went down, unfortunately. Rom has a lot more ability than I have or I ever had. It’s a different ball game in that respect.
“The most important thing for me is the mental side of it. You have to try and stay as grounded as possible, keep doing what got you there and keep believing in yourself. There are lots of ups and downs in this career and there are a lot of quick changes of opinion on you as a player.
“You have to try and stay as level as possible, keep preserving and trusting in yourself. Rom’s ability is incredible. Also, he’s such a good person and such a good guy. He’s great to have around the place. My advice to him would, which is what I say to him all the time, is to keep enjoying it and doing what you’re doing. You can see when he’s having fun that he’s an absolutely fantastic player and we’re very lucky to have him.”
Varane on QPR move
QPR’s summer signing Jonathan Varane has been speaking about what attracted him to London. The Frenchman has made five league appearances so far, a total he will want to add to.

Rothwell on Leeds weapon
Leeds United midfielder Joe Rothwell has suggested his side may have a secret weapon in their bid to land promotion. Rothwell has made 15 league appearances so far, becoming a regular under Daniel Farke.
“There are no cliques in this team, everyone’s really together<” he told LeedsLive. “I’ve said it before, there’s not one person you look at and say you won’t go socialise with them. It’s a great group and we’ll need that right up until the end of the season.”
