Millwall keeper Lukas Jensen has been singing the praises of Neil Harris following his departure. He told the South London Press: “It was a surprise to me. I think as a team we did really well this year and if you look at Neil’s period of being at the club he did unbelievably, with all the stats and points gathered. He was the one who brought me to the club, with all the staff and Marshy (Andy Marshall, goalkeeping coach). But it’s one of those things in football.
“He came in and explained the situation after stepping down and I could see a few shocked faces who didn’t think this was going to happen. It came as a shock to many. I understand his point of view and why he has done it. We can only look forward and get behind Livers and Ads (Adam Barrett, first-team coach). I must admit I enjoyed playing under Neil. We did not concede many goals and our defensive record made the goalkeepers and defenders look good. Livers has worked under Neil for quite some time and it would be great to get a good start for him and also leading into the Christmas matches.”
QPR deal done
QPR youngster Ridwan Hassan has joined non-league side Harrow Borough on a loan deal until the end of the season in a bid to get some senior experience under his belt.
The club confirmed: “Under-18s striker Ridwan Hassan has moved to local non-league side Harrow Borough on loan until January 7th 2025. Powerful forward Hassan, 16, joined Rangers last summer and has also featured for our Development Squad this season. He could make his Boro debut in Saturday's home league fixture versus Westfield. Best of luck, Ridwan!”

Hide AdSpurs eyeing Championship defender
Tottenham are reportedly keeping an eye on Burnley defender Maxime Esteve ahead of January. According to Football League World, Spurs are watching the 22-year-old, who was being linked with a move to Everton and West Ham during the summer.
He wound up staying put, and he has racked up 21 league appearances this season. The 22-year-old is tied down until 2029 as things stand, but interest from Tottenham, who have placed plenty on emphasis signing young talents, could turn his head should they decide to open discussions.
