Millwall will look to rediscover their unbeaten streak after the international break having lost their first match under Neil Harris against Leeds United last weekend.

The defeat to the high-flying Yorkshire side at Elland Road won't be too much of a blow after a fantastic run under the 46-year-old, which has included an impressive win over Southampton and vital victories against Watford and Birmingham City.

Millwall set for major Premier League coup

Millwall are expected to make the loan signing of Japhet Tanganga permanent this summer, with Spurs open to the move, in what would be a major coup for the Championship club.

The defender joined the Lions in January after an underwhelming loan spell at FC Augsburg. The 24-year-old has been a revelation at Millwall, weighing in with two vital goals on top of his all-round impressive showings, which have earned the praise of Neil Harris.

Tottenham News reports that Spurs are looking to activate a one-year extension clause in Tanganga's deal come the end of the season - his current contract would normally expire this summer. However, that is not for Ange Postecoglou to use the player and rather to enable the club to cash in on the academy product.

Some Millwall supporters may feat the Premier League club demanding a lofty fee but the outlet claims that Spurs won't demand an 'excessively large' price, which could make for a win-win move on all fronts.

Sunderland dish out contracts

Sunderland have offered contracts to four of their 'brightest young stars' according to The Sunderland Echo, as the club looks to invest in the future.

The Black Cats are known for having an eye for a goalkeeper and highly-rated shot-stopper Dan Cameron is one of those who has been offered a professional contract at the Stadium of Light. The 6'4" keeper has been with the club since under-10 level and trained with the first team last summer.

Full-back Tom Lavery, centre-back Luke Bell and full-back Jenson Jones are the others to be offered professional contracts in the North East.
