Millwall vs Middlesbrough final injury update as 15 ruled out and 2 doubts
All the final injury news surrounding Millwall and Middlesbrough as they prepare to face off.
Millwall are back in action today, on Saturday, facing another playoff hopeful in Middlesbrough. It’s a huge game between two sides separated by just three points at this late stage in the season.

The Lions are five points off the top six with as many games remaining, and they cannot afford many slip-ups from here if they want to sneak in, while Boro are just two points off, and they too will feel as though they are walking a tightrope, needing to remain consistent from here on out. Here we round up the latest injury news surrounding both teams head into this one.
George Edmundson - Out
Edmundson will remain sidelined with an ankle injury.
Neto Borge - Out
Borge is another absentee with an ankle injury.
Alex Bangura - Out
Bangura is said to be out for the season.
Darragh Lenihan - Out
Lenihan is attempting to battle his way back from an Achilles issue, but he won’t play here. Carrick said this week: "Darragh might be in and around it at some point in training but in terms of being ready to play at full tilt [before the end of the season], we'll have to see how that goes. Other than that, we're pretty much waiting on George. He's a little bit closer but he won't be ready for this weekend."
Seny Dieng - Out
Dieng is out for the season.
Luke Ayling - Out
Veteran defender Ayling has also been ruled out for the rest of the campaign.
Sol Brynn - Out
Brynn is battling to return from his shoulder injury before the end of the season.
Japhet Tanganga - Out
Tanganga has a hand injury that will keep him out here. Neil said after the Portsmouth win: "I think he might have broken his hand - he couldn't move it, we'll get it X-rayed tonight (Saturday) and find out.”
Ra'ees Bangura-Williams - Doubt
A fresh concern, Bangura-Williams will be assessed in the lead up to kick-off.
Zak Sturge - Doubt
The same goes for Sturge, who will have a late fitness test.
Camiel Neghli - Out
Neil has said: “He’s at least two weeks away. Him and Femi will be lucky if they make the last three or four games.”
Femi Azeez - Out
The same applies as above.
Danny McNamara - Out
McNamara is out after requiring surgery on the serious knee injury he picked up last month. He will be out for the season.
Calum Scanlon - Out
Scanlon will be out for much of the season, and likely all of it. Neil said at the time: “Unfortunately Calum's got a really bad hamstring injury. He required surgery, which he already had and I believe everything went successfully, but that will rule him out for basically sixteen weeks, which takes him to the end of the season. So he'll go back to Liverpool. We're naturally upset for him."
Zak Lovelace - Out
The Millwall website has confirmed that Lovelace will remain out here.
Duncan Watmore - Out
The same applies to Watmore, who will be sidelined.
Josh Coburn - Out (Ineligible)
Coburn is unable to face his parent club.
