The January transfer window is open and clubs across the country have already begun buying and selling players in a bid to shape their squads for the second half of the season.

The EFL Championship takes a break from action this weekend and the FA Cup takes centre stage, with with such fixtures as Reading vs Watford, Millwall vs Sheffield United and Fleetwood Town vs QPR. The league fixtures then return the following weekend giving clubs a full seven days to work on getting deals over the line.
