It's a tough start to the Premier League campaign for Fulham with a visit to Manchester United on Friday night, but Marco Silva's men will be confident after a strong pre-season.
The Cottagers stunned the Red Devils at Old Trafford last season with a 2-1 victory and will look for the same again, buoyed by new summer signings.

Manchester United team news
Manchester United will still be hurt by news that £52 million summer defensive signing Leny Yoro will miss the first three months of the Premier League campaign following an injury in the pre-season match against Arsenal.
The centre-back has undergone surgery on his foot. Speaking about his recovery, Erik ten Hag said: "This is one of the reasons why we signed him, he's very mature and has a great personality. He is dealing with it [the injury], looking forward and being bright. He is being positive. He's already started his rehab.
"There is a fire burning there and as I've said, for his age he is very mature. He won't get distracted and he knows what he wants. He knows what he wants to go and I'm sure he'll be returning as soon as possible and will be supportive of the team winning games and trophies."

There are other worries in defence too. Harry Maguire has been nursing a muscle problem that kept him out of Euro 2024 action - he did feature in the Community Shield but was hooked after 58 minutes. Victor Lindelof was absent from that match with a problem sustained in the pre-season outing against Liverpool.
Luke Shaw is also set to miss the match against Fulham on Friday with a calf injury sustained in his pre-season preparations. The full-back is expected to be out of action until after the first international break.
Up front, main man Rasmus Hojlund won’t lead the line against the London side as he also picked up an injury against Arsenal. Tyrell Malacia has been sidelined since May and, is said to be making fast progress in rehab, but is yet to be in full team training.
Fulham team news
Having struggled at times with injuries to key players last season, Fulham have the dream scenario going into the opening weekend meeting with Manchester United with a fully fit squad at Marco Silva's disposal.

Winger Alex Iwboi bagged a dramatic 97th minute in the 2-1 win at Old Trafford back in February. Speaking after the pre-season outing against Hoffenheim, the former Arsenal and Everton man said: "It's a great test Manchester United, one of the best teams in the Premier League. It's a good challenge away, we were able to do it last season and hopefully we can do it this season."
