Park, 16, has announced his move to Craven Cottage on Instagram (see post below):

More on Park

Park has been on the books at Boundary Park for his whole career to date and has risen up through the academy ranks of the North West club.

The teenager has been a regular for the Latics at various youth levels but has now left the club without making a first-team appearance.

Oldham were relegated to the National League last season and are now currently planning for life in non-league under John Sheridan.

Who else are Fulham trying to sign?

Fulham have so far managed to sign defensive midfielder João Palhinha from Sporting Lisbon but are now getting busier as they look to bring in some more additions.

They have agreed a loan deal to land winger Manor Solomon from Shakhtar Donetsk, as per the Daily Mail, whilst BBC Sport report they are trying to sign Manchester United attacking midfielder Andreas Pereira.

Marco Silva’s side stormed to the Championship title last term and need to ensure that they get their recruitment right in this window to avoid a season of struggle in the Premier League.

Luring Park down south from Oldham shows they are keeping one eye on the future and they will be looking to provide him with a pathway into their senior team in the future.

For now though, the centre-back will link up with their development squad ahead of the next campaign.
