Man City vs Crystal Palace injury news as 10 ruled out and 1 doubt
A look at the latest injury news surrounding Crystal Palace and Manchester City as they prepare to face off.
Crystal Palace kick off the Premier League’s action on Saturday, facing Manchester City in the early game. The Eagles are now in 11th place after their hard-fought win over rivals Brighton, and Oliver Glanser will want his side to finish strongly as they look to build for next season.

Meanwhile, City are in the midst of a battle for a top four spot, currently one point off Chelsea in fourth. This could be a key game in the top four race, and here we round up the latest injury news surrounding both teams.
Rodri - Out
Rodri is going to be out until the summer with his ACL injury. Guardiola has said: “I don't know [if he will feature at the Club World Cup]... I wish, I hope. He's behaving really well [in training], but competition is different. We have to be sure he's fine... Then [we will see].”
Nathan Ake - Out
Ake has an ankle injury that will keep him out until May. Guardiola has said: “10-11 weeks they said to me [to be out]. When you have surgery it’s serious. He has struggled a lot this season with the problems in his feet.”
Erling Haaland - Out
Haaland is also going to be out until May, with Guardiola explaining: “The doctors told me between five and seven weeks [out]. So hopefully, for the end of the season and FIFA Club World Cup, he will be ready.”
John Stones - Out
Stones is out until early May, with Guardiola saying in February: “He can be recovered during eight to 10 weeks without surgery.”
Manuel Akanji - Out
Guardiola said in February: “Surgery on Saturday. 8-10 weeks.” The defender will be out until at least the end of April, if not early May.
Chadi Riad - Out
Riad is out until the winter after an ACL rupture. Glasner has said: “Chadi has ruptured his ACL, so we have lost [him] for the rest of the season and even longer. There was no impact, and Chadi as well, it was just a normal situation in training ' so it's really frustrating.”
Cheick Doucoure - Out
Doucoure is out long-term with a knee injury. Glasner has said: “After further assessments, Cheicky needs surgery on his knee, so we have lost [him] for the rest of the season. We hope [he] will return for pre-season.”
Eddie Nketiah - Out (Suspended)
Nketiah was sent off in the last game and will serve a one-game suspension here.
Marc Guehi - Out (Suspended)
The same applies for Guehi, who is also suspended for this one.
Chris Richards - Doubt
Richards could be back for this one, with Glasner saying after the Brighton game: “Unfortunately, he was very close to training with us today. He was outside on the pitch - but he's not 100 per cent... If it had been the last game of the season, I think he would have started. But we can't take the risk when you see our upcoming schedule.”
Maxime Lacroix - Out
Lacroix suffered a concussion in the Brighton game, so he will be out here as part of concussion protocol.
