Five things new Crystal Palace boss Oliver Glasner has already changed at the club
The hard work has continued at Copers Cope Road this week with new Eagles manager Oliver Glasner taking training all week. The Eagles boss has been going about his business quietly but effectively as he leaves no stone unturned ahead of their visit to Tottenham this weekend.
Having arrived in south London with a massive reputation for overachieving at VfL Wolfsburg and Eintracht Frankfurt Glasner will face a different challenge in the Premier League, having been tasked with changing the style of play and improving results.

Sunday training sessions
The Palace players have had to immediately adjust their schedules as Sunday training sessions have been introduced to help players properly recover after home games. Under former manager Roy Hodgson and a practice across the Premier League, teams the Sundays off when they play on Saturday but Palace players have been told they would have to come in but he did give them Monday off.
A clean slate for every
LondonWorld sources at the club's training ground say the Glasner has held individual meetings with every member of the senior team to assure them that they will get the opportunity to show their mettle under him.
This move has led to renewed spirit within the squad and that was somewhat seen in their impressive 3-0 win over struggling Burnley on Monday night. For him to succeed he will need to generate healthy competition and sources have said the few days have certainly seen that.

Hide AdOne of the things that made Glasner's Eintracht Frankfurt such a successful side in Europe and in the Bundesliga was the devastating nature they tore teams apart in transition and in this week there has been an attempt to divide the team into strikers, midfielders, defenders to train them on the requirements needed individually and as a unit.
