Crystal Palace thrashed by Tottenham at Selhurst with Harry Kane scoring a brace to help his side back to winning ways.

Crystal Palace were blown away by four unanswered Tottenham goals in the second half despite the Eagles being the best team for large parts of the first half.

The south London club have now lost four home games in the Premier League this season, the same number of games they lost for the entirety of last campaign as their inconsistency was laid bare by a very poor second half display.

England striker Harry Kane grabbed a brace, wing-back Matt Doherty and South Korean forward Son Heung-min each scored to condemn Palace to a disappointing defeat and silence the vociferous crowd at Selhurst.

The win brings an end to Tottenham’s 10 game winless streak on the road in London derbies, and ensured Palace left with nothing on the day.

The Eagles have not won a Premier League game at Selhurst which has been played on a Wednesday night and on today’s exhibits, they will not been quite keen on having another one staged.

Palace fans will be disappointed given their team had chances to open the scoring in the first half but were made to pay for their woeful finishing which has been the story of this season.

Tottenham have a game against Portsmouth in the FA Cup before this weekend before turning their attention to north London rivals Arsenal, it promises to be a fascinating game.

For Palace- Vieira will have to find ways to stop the rot especially at home as the success of last season was built on a strong foundation at Selhurst.

Here is how we rated every Palace player out there.
