Crystal Palace regular Tyrick Mitchell has reportedly been offered to Tottenham amid his expiring contract. Mitchell’s current deal is set to expire at the end of this season, with the Eagles unable to reach an agreement up to now.
According to The Boot Room, Mitchell has now been offered to Spurs - who have been linked recently - on a free transfer at the end of the current season. If the report is true, it could be a case of the player’s agent seeing what may be out there before returning to the negotiating table with Palace.
Silva on Pereira
Fulham boss Marco Silva has addressed rumours that Andreas Pereira could leave the club in the near future. He told ESPN: “Of course, I’ll talk to him, but this Palmeiras thing isn’t for a conversation between me and him. The club have the people responsible for speaking and listening. So far, I haven’t had any information from the club that there’s anything close to happening, so no talk,” he said.
“We’ve been focusing only on Fulham, and everything else is apart from me. It’s away from Andreas as well. He has the people responsible for him, and the club has the people responsible for dealing with him. So, we’ve just been focusing on training and match by match.”

Arne Slot is still playing it cool over Liverpool’s attempts to tie Mo Salah, Virgil van Dijk and Trent Alexander-Arnold down to new deals. He said: “If we would then it's probably not the moment to tell you now. In general, I don't talk about contract situations here. It would be a surprise if I was the one to announce that one of them has extended!
“Keep asking, that's your job but you're probably not going to get an answer from me. It's clear that from January 1, maybe for you guys (media), things change a lot but they are in constant talks with the club and let's wait and see what happens. As long as they keep performing like this, the head coach is happy.”
