Brighton and Hove Albion have joined Crystal Palace in pursuit of Celtic youngster Mitchel Frame. The left-back is expected to be a man in-demand this summer.

According to the Daily Record, the Seagulls have ‘joined’ their rivals in eyeing a potential swoop for the highly-rated 16-year-old. The Scotland youth international is currently in his first year of a professional contract at Celtic Park but could head out the exit door in the near future for a fresh challenge below the border.

Crystal Palace have been linked with Lyon striker Moussa Dembele over recent times along with West Ham. Football Insider have reported that he is on the radar of the Premier League pair ahead of the next transfer window.

However, they will both have to see off interest from elsewhere if they are to lure the former Fulham man back to England ahead of next term. That is because he is wanted by Serie A side Napoli and Bundesliga outfit Eintracht Frankfurt, as per Football Scotland.

Dembele, 26, scored 19 goals in 64 games during his spell at Craven Cottage before firing 51 goals in 94 matches at Celtic. He joined Lyon in 2019 but his contract in France is due to expire this summer and he will become available.

In other Crystal Palace news, defender Marc Guehi is reportedly wanted by Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United, according to a report by Foot Mercato. The same source also reiterates the fact winger Michael Olise is also attracting interest from elsewhere but the Eagles are not willing to sell him.

Both are key players for the London club and will be big parts of their plans for the future. The club are back in action this weekend against Fulham away before ending the campaign at home to Nottingham Forest.
