Gabriel Martinelli's strike led Arsenal to a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Leicester City, further solidifying the Gunners' position at the top of the Premier League table.

The Brazilian forward scored an excellent second-half goal, displaying great skill and composure to finish off a Leandro Trossard’s pass.

Earlier in the game, Trossard thought he had given his side the lead with a wonderful strike, only for it to be ruled out for a controversial offside decision.

Despite that decision, the Foxes failed to pose any real threat to Arsenal's resolute defense, with the Gunners keeping a clean sheet thanks to some strong performances from the likes of Gabriel, Oleksandr Zinchenko and William Saliba.

Here’s how we rated the Arsenal players in their win over the Foxes:

Didn’t have any saves to make and was good in the air. Showed great confidence throughout the game. 7.

The 25-year-old was imperative to helping Arsenal keep a clean sheet in their important 2-0 vicotry in the North London derby.

Crooks said: "Both Gabriel and William Saliba have featured in my teams this season but less so Ben White. I thought the defender was outstanding against Tottenham. He did his job quietly and effectively and dealt with the threat of Son Heung-min brilliantly. In fact there was a moment in the first half when he had Son in his pocket."
