Tottenham predicted XI vs Wolves as Ange Postecoglou forced to start forgotten star after injury blow

Tottenham manager Ange Postecoglou confirmed injury news ahead of their game against Wolves.

Spurs have just confirmed that the biggest creative player James Maddison might be out for almost three months with an aggravated ankle injury.

There is also the issue of suspension which means the manager will now have to adjust his attack and defence.

Postecoglou confirmed a lot has happened since Monday and ruled out Mickey ven de Ven until January. He said: "There's a fair bit that happened after Monday night. Micky with a hamstring injury we knew was fairly significant. We're looking at a couple of months into the new year. Madders is a lot worse than we first thought.

"Was bad the next day. Again into the New Year with him. Richarlison the operation that we had kind of scheduled anyway with the international break. With him a month out."

Tottenham have had the best start of the season since 1961 but they now have been tasted in a way they have not in a while with Postecoglou losing players and suspension.

With everything that has been said, here is how we predict the team he put up:
