Chelsea will already be looking ahead to the January transfer window amid the World Cup action in Qatar.
The Blues get some extra time to plan around possible additions due to the break from club football, and they may also be keeping an eye on the contract situations at Stamford Bridge. Chelsea have a number of players out of terms at the end of the current season, and indeed the next, meaning some big decisions are facing Blues chiefs.
If Chelsea aren’t going to hand out new contracts, they may have to consider selling them before their deals expire, and with that in mind, we have rounded up all of the contracts expiring at Chelsea in the next 18 months.
Take a look below...

5. Mason Mount (2024)
Moving on to those contracts expiring in 2024, Mount is the most alarming. The midfielder is key for Chelsea, and he has recently rejected another offer, reportedly wanting his earnings to match those of Raheem Sterling. | Getty Images

6. Mateo Kovacic (2024)
Kovacic’s Chelsea future is in doubt, but there is still time for this situation to evolve significantly, with his contract not up until the end of next season. | Getty Images

7. Christian Pulisic (2024)
Christian Pulisic is still only 24, but it feels like he has a lot to prove still at Stamford Bridge. Beyond that, the winger may want more regular playing time, so this one will likely remain up in the air for now. | AFP via Getty Images

8. Ruben Loftus-Cheek (2024)
Loftus-Cheek could well get a new deal, now playing more regularly. Crucially, he is also one of the players who counts towards the homegrown rule. | Getty Images
