Premier League team of the season so far as Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham stars feature
A look at which of the London players make it into the Premier League team of the season so far.
The Premier League is now four gameweeks deep, and we are already seeing the table take some sort of shape, with Liverpool and Arsenal the top two, as expected. Tottenham are in third spot, getting off to a superb start under Thomas Frank, and Chelsea are fifth after conceding a late equaliser last time out.
But with only four points separating Liverpool in first and Chelsea in fifth, there will likely be plenty of change come May. There will also likely be change in the team of the season, but there are some players you would expect to see already in the current team of the season. Here is how it is shaping up based on WhoScored ratings.

LB - Joe Garner - Everton - 7.3
CB - Dan Ballard - Sunderland - 7.9
CB - Trevoh Chalobah - Chelsea - 7.6
RB - Jurrien Timber - Arsenal - 7.5
LM - Antoine Semenyo - AFC Bournemouth - 7.6

The London representatives
Tottenham keeper Vicario is the first player on the list, and he has indeed enjoyed a solid start behind a Spurs back line that has looked much more solid under Thomas Frank. The North London club continued that trend in the Champions League during the week, eking out a narrow win over Villarreal in the Champions League.
In the defence, Enzo Maresca will be delighted with how Trevoh Chalobah has started the season, with the England international covering well for Levi Colwill, albeit the Blues do have some defensive issues to work out at this stage. Arsenal have been better at the back, and Jurrien Timber has been a big part of that at right-back, looking solid defensively.
Chelsea, who have the most players in this lineup, also have the ultra reliable Moises Caicedo in the midfield, and he is one of the best players in the world in his position. Elsewhere, Joao Pedro has started his Chelsea career in excellent form, with two goals and three assists in four Premier League outings.
