Chelsea are looking to give new manager Mauricio Pochettino all the ingredients he needs and will look to whip the squad into shape for their new manager who has been tasked with bringing back the glory days to Stamford Bridge.

The Blues boss does not officially start work until the 1st of July but has been speaking to players and heavily involved in all the ins and outs that are currently being discussed at Stamford Bridge.

The Argentine manager was hoping to have N’Golo Kante but it’s all agreed that Kante will leave with the blessing of everyone at the club after agreeing on a staggering £ 100 million-a-year wages with Al Ittihad in Saudi Arabia.

The Chelsea boss is always being briefed with every single detail of strong interest in the trio of Edouard Mendy, Kalidou Koulibaly, and Hakim Ziyech all attracting big-money moves to Saudi Arabia.

Edouard Mendy once rejected a contract offer from Chelsea at the peak of his brilliant form and has since struggled to agree to a new deal with the club now looking to offload him having just made one outing for the Blues since the World Cup.

Kepa Arrizabalaga has rescued his form plus his wages and the high fee has turned out to be in his favour with reports that Pochettino is looking forward to working with him to get him to display the form that made Chelsea make him the highest goalkeeper ever bought.

Kalidou Koulibably who only joined Chelsea last summer is another who is reported to have agreed personal terms with Al Hilal. Inter Milan were also interested but Chelsea are looking to recoup money after splashing almost £600 million on two transfer windows.

Then there is Hakim Ziyech who has not been happy at the Stamford Bridge since his desired move to PSG fell through at the last minute. A move to join Cristiano Ronaldo at  Al Nassr is urging closer with the forward reportedly keen on it.

Pochettino wants a new striker, a second-choice goalkeeper especially with Mendy leaving, and possibly a midfielder to help restructure the club which endured their worst campaign in the Premier League since 1994.
