Chelsea turn their attention back to the Premier League this weekend as they face a game against Brentford on Sunday 15 December at Stamford Bridge.
They come off the back of a 3-1 win against Kazakhstan-based side Astana in the Europa Conference League where goals came from Marc Guiu and Renato Veiga. They were also helped out by an own goal from Astana player Aleksandr Marochkin.

Hide AdEnzo Maresca’s side currently sit second in the Premier League table, just four points away from league leaders Liverpool who have a game in hand over the Blues with Arsenal sitting in third, just one point behind Chelsea.
The Blues face a Brentford side who come off the back of a 4-2 victory over Newcastle United and have won three of their last five matches.
However, Thomas Frank’s side have been poor away from home, and given Chelsea’s impressive record at Stamford Bridge this season, the Blues will be expected to get all three points.
Is Chelsea vs Brentford on TV?
The game kicks off at the unusual time of 7 pm on Sunday night as they played away from home in the Europa Conference League on Thursday, the game has been moved to give the Blues extra recovery time.

Hide AdTottenham Hotspur’s game against Southampton is also kicking off at 7 pm and will be shown on TNT Sports, which means that Chelsea vs Brentford will not be broadcast live in the UK.
However, the full match will be available to watch via Chelsea’s official website after the game and extended highlights will be broadcast live on BBC One at 10.30 pm on Sunday for Match of the Day 2.
The Blues will be hoping to make it seven wins in a row in all competitions as they aim to close the gap to Liverpool who play against Fulham at Anfield on Saturday afternoon.
