Fabrizio Romano's Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham transfer update: 'Here we go' given, 'official bid'
The Premier League season is now up and running with the second weekend of action fast approaching. Though, Chelsea don’t have to wait as long as their rivals to return to action, taking on Servette in their Conference League qualifier on Thursday evening.
In the meantime, the rest of the London clubs and their rivals will be looking to add to their respective squads while preparing for this weekend’s games. Here we round up all the latest transfer news from ‘insider’ Fabrizio Romano.

Chelsea star Raheem Sterling is being heavily linked with an exit, with Enzo Maresca admitting a departure is likely. Romano told CaughtOffside: “Despite rumours, there are no specific clubs to mention yet, but Sterling’s camp is exploring options as he will leave Chelsea.
“The decision is clear after talking to Maresca, so Sterling is leaving and it’s over with Chelsea. Negotiations will follow in the next days with several possibilities.”
Lukaku talks
Romelu Lukaku is another likely departure from Stamford Bridge, and an all-but certain one at that. Napoli look to be the likely takers, with talks now reportedly ramping up.
Romano tweeted: “Napoli will meet Chelsea today in London as they want to get Romelu Lukaku deal done even before finding a solution to sell Victor Osimhen. Official bid sent on Monday, not accepted but being discussed with terms and conditions... as Napoli want to get it done. Lukaku-Napoli, deal very close with clubs to meet in London in the next 24h. Plan confirmed.”

Fulham are said to have wrapped up a deal for Burnley star Sander Berge, who is on his way back to the Premier League after successive relegations across spells with Sheffield United and the Clarets.
Romano tweeted: “Sander Berge’s move to Fulham has been completed right now! Berge has signed few minutes ago a five year contract plus one more year option. Deal completed by his long-time agent Morten Wivestad after three weeks of talks with Fulham, now all sealed. Here we go.”
Patino exit
Arsenal youngster Charlie Patino was once billed for huge things, but he looks set to leave to make the move to Spain to get regular first team minutes. “Arsenal agree on deal to sell Charlie Patino to Deportivo La Coruña for £1m fixed fee but significant sell-on clause included,” Romano said. “Patino, ready for new chapter in Spain.”
Tottenham offload youngster
Tottenham are also said to be set to offload an academy product, with Jude Soonsup-Bell also set to make the move to Spain. “Jude Soonsup-Bell set to leave Tottenham Academy in order to join Spanish side Cordoba FC. Permanent transfer, deal done,” Romano wrote.
