Chelsea left it late to secure the win against West Ham on Sunday, with Christian Pulisic scoring in the dying embers of the game - minutes after Jorginho’s penalty was saved.

With only a handful of games left to play, how did the weekend’s win affect Chelsea’s hopes of retaining the third place spot?
We’ve taken a look at the latest predicted table from stat experts FiveThirtyEight to find out.
