Chelsea welcome back player who called in sick to Cobham training ahead of Manchester City FA Cup
Raheem Sterling who called in sick ahead of the game against Everton on Monday night has returned to training and is in line to play against his former side Manchester City this weekend at Wembley.
Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino confirmed last week that he’d been told Sterling was unwell. Pochettino told reporters ahead of the game against Everton: "He sent a text [on Friday] morning to the doctor saying that he was vomiting. He's not been training since after Sheffield because he suffered a little bit in his back also. We need to assess and see.”

Chelsea look like they are heading in the right direction recently but that will all be put to the test when they take on Manchester City who were dumped out of the Champions League by Real Madrid after 120 draining minutes.
A win will take the club one step closer to winning the FA Cup which could end up killing two birds with one stone, that is, winning a title and securing qualification to the Europa League.
FA Cup could change fortunes at Chelsea
