Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino has confirmed striker Armando Broja will miss the game against Arsenal this afternoon due to an injury setback.

The Chelsea manager admitted the injury wasn't serious and it had nothing to do with the knee that kept him out for large parts of last season.

The Chelsea boss told reporters ahead of the game: "I think we need to assess now because we finished the training session late. We need to assess Axel Disasi, assess Nico Jackson, we need to assess also Reece. Broja is out because rotation problem in his knee but it is another knee, not the one that was the problem in the past.

""We have a few players that we need to assess to see if they're available, if they can play, if they're on the bench or if they're off the list completely. Benoit can maybe be available also."

Chelsea have won their last three games in all competitions but have not beaten Arsenal at home in the last five years even though Mauricio Pochettino has never lost a home game against the Gunners counting from his time at Southampton, Tottenham and now Chelsea.
