The last few hours are expected to be incredibly busy for Chelsea with players looking for moves away.

Chelsea and Crystal Palace have agreed on a deal that will send defender Trevoh Chalobah on loan to Selhurst Park this season, with the Eagles agreeing to pay a loan fee with Chelsea and medical booked for this evening. The defender has been frozen out and is currently training with what most people describe as the ‘bomb squad.

However, LondonWorld has been informed that Chalobah is one of three players expected to secure a move away from Chelsea, following the announcement of Djordje Petrović's departure, who has now joined Strasbourg on loan. There is also reported interest from Arsenal in Raheem Sterling, with the former Manchester City man being strongly linked to the Gunners.

Sterling and Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta know each other well from their time together at Manchester City, where reports suggest that Arteta would often spend time with Sterling outside of training to help him improve his finishing.

Interest has also emerged from clubs abroad in Alex Matos, who has been training with the under-21 squad and is seeking a move to the French league, with Strasbourg and Lens both reportedly interested. However, there has been no news regarding players like Ben Chilwell, who has lost his spot in the team and seen his stock fall drastically in recent weeks.

The next few hours are expected to be crucial for Chelsea, as the club is still trying to agree on a fee for Victor Osimhen. The Nigerian striker is the biggest transfer story of deadline day, with Chelsea directors reportedly flying to Italy to try and finalize the deal.

There is a strong likelihood that Chelsea will have a number of unhappy players left at the club, with little time remaining to secure moves for all of them before the transfer window closes later tonight.
