They have now addressed one of those exits with the signing of Koulibaly, who joins on a deal worth around £34million.
Azpilicueta plan
Another player Chelsea could leave this summer is long-serving star Cesar Azpilicueta.
The experienced full-back is out of contract next year, and there have been rumours of a move to Barcelona this summer.

Tuchel on Broja
Tuchel has made it clear Chelsea will not be selling Armando Broja this summer.
The forward has been linked with an exit following last season’s loan spell with Southampton.
“It’s good if there’s interest as it shows us there’s talent and potential. It shows us that he is in the position to impress and become a Chelsea player,” Tuchel responded to the links.
