Graham Potter will be hoping that the return of on-loan star Joao Felix will be enough to solve the goal scoring problem his team have at the moment.

The Atletico Madrid star, on-loan at Chelsea was sent off against Fulham away and has had to watch on from the stand as the Blues have struggled to find the back of the net in their last three games.

Felix was heads and shoulders above every on his debut, he had the highest dribbles, highest shots and best pass completion before his rushed challenge meant he was sent for an early shower.

The Portuguese will return to a team that has scored only five goals in their last eight matches but with a point to prove having come under social media pressure from opposition fans for losing his head and getting sent off on his very first game in the Premier League.

Chelsea have strengthened in midfield and at the back but the problem now is finding someone who can consistently find the back of the net- and Felix could be the star man to complete deliver consistently.

The Blues desperately need all three points this weekend having managed just one win in their last three games and pressure mounting on English manager Potter.

Felix signed for Chelsea for almost £10 million and his £5.4 million wages in the period he’s in London makes him one of the highest earners at the club.

The 23-year-old joined Atletico Madrid for a staggering £113 million in 2019 and even though hasn’t exactly lived up to the tag as one of Europe’s most talented players, being at Chelsea will serve as a fresh start to show what he can do, starting with West Ham game this weekend.
