Chelsea are now looking ahead to an FA Cup third round date with Morecambe after taking on Crystal Palace on Saturday. The cup draw was kind to the Blues and will allow Enzo Maresca to give some of his more used stars a break after the busy festive period.
Meanwhile, the January transfer window has taken hold, and the Blues will be assessing their options both in terms of incomings and outgoings. Here we round up all the latest news and transfer rumours surrounding Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea are said to be interested in a move for Wolves striker Matheus Cunha, who is not short of suitors. According to CaughtOffside, the Blues are the latest club to join the race for the Brazilian, who has scored 10 times this season.
It’s unclear how much Wolves would demand for Cunha, but they signed him for £45million, and since then, he has become a proven Premier League forward. Not only that, but if it is true that clubs like Manchester United, Manchester City and Arsenal are also sniffing around the former Atletico Madrid striker, the price tag is only likely to rise.
Chukwuemeka update
Chelsea could be willing to let Carney Chukwuemeka go on loan, after all, despite earlier reports that only a transfer worth £40million would be accepted. Football London report that a loan deal could also be on the cards for the midfielder, with Chukwuemeka needing regular football.
Chukwuemeka has been linked with a move to West Ham. but the Hammers were never going to pay £40million. The Hammers may not get a chance to do a deal after all, and there is, perhaps, an avenue to agree a loan with the option to buy that could suit everyone involved.

Hide AdChelsea boss Maresca has said of the midfielder’s situation: "There are players that unfortunately didn't play a lot with us in all the competitions, like Chilwell, like Carney. Probably they are the first [to say] that they want to leave because they train every day, because they want to play games and if they don't play games probably they are thinking of leaving."Each player is a bit [of a] different situation, so we're going to see if some of them are coming and knocking on the door to say 'I want to leave' or something like that. We will try to find a solution."
