Chelsea predicted XI vs Leeds United: Three changes as Mauricio Pochettino 'recalls' £89m star

Chelsea will need a massive response against Leeds United after their Carabao Cup final defeat to Liverpool.

Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino is likely to recall Mykhailo Mudryk to the starting lineup for the first time in a month when Championship side Leeds United visit Stamford Bridge tomorrow night for the FA Cup.

The game has taken added importance following Chelsea's Carabao Cup final defeat to Liverpool at Wembley on Sunday. Mudryk hasn't started a match in a month with Raheem Sterling, Cole Palmer and Nicolas Jackson preferred in attack.

The Blues manager is also set to be without French forward Christopher Nkunku who has suffered his third setback since signing for Chelsea in the summer. He is now likely to miss the next three weeks as confirmed by Pochettino.

Nkunku joins Thiago Silva, Reece James, Marc Cucurella, Benoit Badiashile, Wesley Fofana, Carney Chukwuemeka, Romeo Lavia and Lesley Ugochuwku.

Leeds are second in the Championship and will arrive at Stamford Bridge in an attempt to cause an upset and with Chelsea licking their wounds from the League Cup defeat, this promises to be an exciting game.

The Blues played 120 minutes at Wembley and with a quick turnaround for the game tomorrow night- Pochettino could be tempted into making changes, but he needs to keep his best players on the field as a defeat could have telling consequences for the campaign.

For the midfield, there is little to change with Enzo Fernandez, Conor Gallagher and Moises Caicedo establishing themselves as the ultimate trio since the Argentinian manager took over.

Here is the starting line-up we anticipate the Chelsea boss will put up for the game tomorrow night.
