Kepa Arrizabalaga: Not much he could do about the Ward-Prowse free kick but again he just can’t buy a clean sheet at the moment- 4.5

Benoit Badiashile: Recovered from an indecision which allowed Kamaldeen to have a shot at goal early on. Looks incredibly calm even when faced with a lot of adversity. His passing is great and helps build up-6.5

Enzo: Great awareness and passing, unfortunately he’s not a creative or a goal scoring midfielder, something which Chelsea desperately needed-5

Mateo Kovacic: Worked hard to win back the ball and used it relatively well- 5

Joao Felix: He makes a lot of runs off the ball. His first touch is class but then just didn’t look like scoring today and often appeared frustrated due to lack of service-5

Mason Mount: Hard running and pressing but not a lot of creativity- things are not just going for him at the moment-4

Ben Chilwell: His first real run since his return from injury, and looked lively and eager to always attack when played through- 6

Kalidou Koulibaly: Cleared a ball off the line early in the first half. Replaced at half time with Chelsea trailing for the returning Wesley Fofana- 5

David Datro Fofana: Neat moves on and off the ball, but was subbed at half time for Sterling as Potter went in search of an equaliser-4.5

Cesar Azpilicueta: Missed a chance to play in Mount late in the first half, then chased and volleyed wide in the sound half. Defensively he was faultless. Took a heavy kick on the face late on- 5.5

Chukwunonso Madueke: Looked very exciting whenever he was on the ball. Always looking to take on his man which is something most of his teammates weren’t doing- 5.5

Raheem Sterling: Had his shot blocked from 12 yards and hard another cleared off the line. Did much in the 45 minutes he was on the field than most did in 90 minutes- 6

Wesley Fofana: Very decent who is only returning from an injury. Threw himself into tackles and read the game quite well-5

Mykhailo Mudryk: Didn’t do much with the time he was on the field-3.5

Kai Havertz: Instantly improved the Chelsea attacked with some brilliant off the ball runs-5
