Kepa Arrizabalaga-4

The Spanish goalkeeper who has been impressive recently let in a soft goal late on. Koulibaly mainly at fault, but Kepa failed to get a strong hand on it and it meant Chelsea drop points at home to relegation threatened Everton side.

Benoit Badiashile-5

The young defender’s passing makes the build up so smooth, Potter will be disappointed in himself that he left him out of Champions League team. He does need to improve on his one and one defending as he struggled against the speedy Gray occasionally.

Enzo -5

Bright in the first half. Then in the second half just got out muscled by Onana for a couple times. Still enjoyed a decent game.

Mateo Kovacic-6

A typical Mateo Kovacic performance, effective and efficient without necessarily pulling trees. Only if he could score goals.

Christian Pulisic-6.5

The American was incredibly good in the first half, winning balls in the middle, driving forward and just never stopped running. Good first outing, his first since January.

Joao Felix-7

Two early chances to score and was let down by his final touch. The Portuguese was very exceptional in the first half before finishing off brilliantly for his second Chelsea goal. Will be disappointed that his teammates failed to see out the win.

Ben Chilwell-5

Lively first half and solid second half.

Reece James-7

The England defender had a very quiet first half. Improved in the second half and won Chelsea a penalty which Havertz put away. Good day in the office. Will be gutted by the late Everton equaliser.

Kalidou Koulibaly-4

Really disappointing outing for the Senegal international. Was rounded so easily for the Everton second goal. He looked to be back to his best but will be really hurt by the way Everton got their second goal.

Kai Havertz -7

Playing with so much confidence evidenced by his flicks and tricks but he needs to start scoring most of the chances that come his way. Stepped up to score a brilliant penalty that put his side 2-1 up.

Wesley Fofana- 7

An interesting battle with Demarai Gray where he jumped onto the field after a little push from behind in the first half. He does look like he’s getting into form at the moment. He was always a danger in the air all game. Will also be hurt by the late equaliser.

Conor Gallagher -4

Replaced Pulisic and gave the ball away twice in the space of four minutes before Everton’s first goal.

Ruben Loftus-Cheek- N/A

Late sub to see out the game

Carney Chukwuemeka- N/A
