The Blues had dominated the game in all departments and the only thing missing was the goal.

Graham Potter made seven changes to the team that beat AC Milan in midweek- with Reece James on the bench, but that did not seem to matter as they dominated proceeding with one touch football that was so pleasing to the eye and the fans packed in at the Bridge.

Christian Pulisic who was starting his first game under the new manager then clipped home the second goal after a really slick pass from Mason Mount, to break the spirit of Wolves who had started the second half impressively.

The visitors have not scored a Premier League goal in the second half of games this season, so the second goal took the wind out of their sails before Armando Broja, a second half substitute scored brilliantly to seal a 3-0 win. That was Broja’s first senior goal for Chelsea in the Premier League.
