talkSPORT report that former Chelsea boss Frank Lampard is ‘keen’ on a ‘reunion’ with the Scotland international at Goodison Park this summer in a bid to hand the 21-year-old a second chance on loan.
Chelsea outgoing?
Chelsea signed Gilmour back in 2017 from Rangers and he has made 22 appearances for their first-team since making the move down to London from Glasgow.
