Chelsea manager Graham Potter is hoping that he will have all his players back by Wednesday but he’s been hard at work with six players including five who did not go for international duty.

Edouard Mendy is back at Cobham despite being called up for Senegal but a knee injury that has seen him miss the last three games for the Blues meant he is now back at Cobham earlier than initially expected.

Another player that was seen after the club released pictures of their training pictures were striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Trevoh Chalobah, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Edouard Mendy, Marcus Bettinelli and Kepa Arrizabalaga.

All players were seen working on drills as Potter looks to finally get going after the death of Queen Elizebath II and the international break meant he has only had one game as Chelsea manager.

LondonWorld.com understands that Chelsea played a behind the scenes friendly with Brighton and Hove Albion with the Blues winning 2-1 as the new manager tried to embed his ideas.

After the international break there is the crucial game against Crystal Palace who have not played in the last two match days but have always proven to be tough nuts to crack.

Then there is the Champions League match against AC Milan which will go a long way to determine where they finish in the group after a defeat and a draw in the first two games of the season.

A tricky game against Wolves, AC Milan, Aston Villa, Brentford and Manchester United follows in what is expected to be a busy yet revealing month for Graham Potter and his team.
