Chelsea v West Ham United will kick off at 7.05pm at Kingsmeadow on Wednesday 28 September.

The contest was originally due to take place on September 11 but, due to the death of Her Majesty the Queen, it was postponed along with the rest of the opening weekend fixtures.

Chelsea v West Ham United will be broadcast live on BBC Two, BBC iPlayer and the BBC Sport website, with coverage starting at 7pm.
