Chelsea have earned a reputation as the Premier League's big spenders in recent seasons, having blown huge amounts on new players.
The Blues splurged a combined £221 million on midfielders Moises Caicedo and Enzo Fernandez last year and have been linked with spending lofty amounts on stars across the continent this summer.
However, so far this window, it has been a more cautious approach at Stamford Bridge. Tosin Adarabioyo has arrived from Fulham to bolster the Chelsea defence on a free transfer and the £30 million paid for Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall looks a good investment as the midfielder comes to work with Maresca once again.
LondonWorld looks at what the Chelsea starting XI could be next season should current summer transfer rumours come true, with market values according to Transfermarkt.

9. LW - Karim Adeyemi, £24m
Chelsea are reported to have made Adeyemi a priority transfer this summer according to GiveMeSport. The Borussia Dortmund winger is reportedly available for £35 million but could push back on a move given a lack of Champions League football. | Getty Images Photo: Getty Images

10. ST - Victor Osimhen, £84m
You could pick a name from several striking options touted to be transfer targets for Chelsea this summer. The most attractive option could well be Napoli man Osimhen. The 25-year-old plundered 17 goals in all competitions last season and would be a statement signing, although his reported £113 million price tag could present an issue. | Getty Images

11. RW - Cole Palmer, £67m
The star of the Chelsea show last season, there's no reason to suspect Palmer won't be as crucial for the side next season. Blues supporters, and England fans, may well wish he had more game time at Euro 2024 this summer. | Getty Images
