Charlton Athletic recorded a first win since November as Nathan Jones' side beat high-flying Derby County at Pride Park on Tuesday night.
A Karoy Anderson goal in the 80th minute completed a memorable Addicks comeback as the mood around the club lifted with a vital three points. Charlton now sit 19th in the League One table, four points clear of the drop zone.
The progress under Jones has been clear to see in the weeks since the former Southampton and Luton Town boss arrived on February 4.
