Brentford star Neal Maupay has landed jibes at Everton and Tottenham Hotspur in a blockbuster new interview that sees the striker rank some of the Premier League's biggest wind-up merchants.

The Bees player is known for causing havoc on the pitch, without the ball just as much as with it, clashing with players and managers. In the clip with SPORTbible, Maupay gives his thoughts on the likes of Jamie Vardy, Luis Suarez and Emmanuel Adebayor in a piece that has already set social media alight.

Maupay made headlines last month when his side faced London rivals Spurs and the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. The striker, who is on loan from Everton, opened the scoring in a 3-2 defeat and celebrated by throwing a dart - the trademark celebration of opposition player and England international James Maddison.

The incident led to confrontation on the pitch and the argument spilled out to social media after full-time. That moment was the last ranked by Maupay, who insisted it was still 'GOATed' [greatest of all time]. The talisman said: "It wasn't planned. I scored and as I was running towards the corner flag I thought, I'm going to throw a dart. Apparently, you're not allowed to throw a dart and it's only him who is allowed to do it. It's funny.

"Everyone done it but he [Maddison] went for me! That's class. The only thing is, it would have been even better if we won, but we lost in the end. But at their place, in front of their fans, got all their players raging - that's GOATed. Even the reaction, Maddison posted me on Instagram after. Just by throwing the dart, I got 11 players on toast. I'm just having fun."

The latest musings from Maupay will no doubt not go down well with the Spurs faithful, but they won't be the only fanbase seething at the interview. The Brentford man also managed to land a couple of digs at his parent club Everton.

Having already turned his nose up at Andros Townsend's 'Siuuu' celebration at Old Trafford, Maupay was then asked for his thoughts on when Suarez celebrated a goal in the Merseyside derby against the Toffees by diving in front of David Moyes - the former Everton boss had accused the striker of going down to easily ahead of the game.

Maupay said: "That's class. After this, I'm going to watch it. That's class, oh my god. He doesn't want to look. I think everyone should say what they think and what you want but when you say something, players can respond."
