“Manuel Neuer, Kingsley Coman, Leroy Sané, Aleks Pavlović (ill), and Nous Mazraoui are not in the squad tomorrow,” said Tuchel.

“Rapha Guerreiro is back in the squad. The problem is that all five players are out not because of rest, but all have problems. Therefore they are a doubt for Arsenal as well.”

Meanwhile, Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta is expected to have an almost fully fit squad for the game against Bayern.

Dutch defender Jurrien Timber is back in full training and looks set to be named in the squad for an upcoming under-21’s game, before he works his way back into the first team.
