West Ham 'battle' Tottenham for £25m striker as Fulham handed Man Utd transfer boost
All the latest news and transfer rumours surrounding the Premier League clubs as pre-season continues.
The Premier League season is fast-approaching with just weeks to go until the start of the new campaign. Arsenal have snapped up another big-money deal, adding Riccardo Calafiori to the permanent capture of David Raya. Chelsea have already made a splash, balancing new arrivals with a number of outgoings.

And the other London clubs have also dipped into their cheque books, with Tottenham, Brentford and West Ham all securing big-money deals. Here we round up all the latest news and transfer rumours surrounding the Premier League.
Ramsey ‘interest’
Tottenham are said to be interested in deal to sign Aston Villa star Jacob Ramsey this summer, with Giovani Lo Celso set to head elsewhere. Sky Sports reporter Michael Bridges told GiveMeSport: “I don’t think there’s an actual set number [of signings] just yet, and they’re very quiet with how they do their business. I think they’re still looking for about two or three first team players to come into the squad.
“There is interest in Aston Villa’s Jacob Ramsey, but there’s been nothing further from that, just interest, with potentially Giovani Lo Celso going to Aston Villa. But, there is nothing on that in terms of anything going forward.”
McTominay update
Turkish journalist Ali Naci Kucuk has claimed Galatasaray are weighing up a lowball offer for Manchester United midfielder Scott McTominay, who has also been linked with a move to Fulham this month.
It’s claimed Galatasaray are prepared to bid around £12.5million to land the midfielder, but United are not likely to accept any offer under £25million, with McTominay rated at around £30million. Fulham have concentrated their efforts on Emile Smith Rowe, and it remains to be seen whether they will circle back for McTominay, who could be a replacement for Joao Palhinha.
Abraham links
Tottenham and West Ham are being linked with a move for AS Roma striker Tammy Abraham. According to CaughtOffside, the former Chelsea striker is an option to both London clubs as they look to land a striker this summer.
It’s claimed a deal between £22.75-£25million could be struck this summer, and as far as West Ham are concerned, that is a cheaper deal than one involving Jhon Duran, who has also been linked with a London Stadium switch
