He said: “The best teams have a killer instinct, and a mentality that is: ‘there is only winning’.
“Win today, tomorrow, the next day’s training and the following one.
“That culture and that education has to be set. It takes a little bit of time and that’s what we need.

Planning for the summer transfer business remains on hold until the end of the campaign when the Gunners’ fate becomes clear.
However, that has not stopped speculation linking the likes of Napoli striker Victor Osimhen and PSV forward Cody Gapko with a move to the Emirates Stadium.
There are several departures expected with Mohamed Elneny, Alexandre Lacazette and Eddie Nketiah all out of contract in June.

Hide AdArteta remains hopeful his squad are ‘on the right road’ but conceded there is work yet to be done given the increasing standards at the top of the Premier League.
He added: “I don’t know what is going to happen at the end of the season, we will discuss it and try to assess and make a plan that can work financially, that can be sustainable and obviously that has a huge impact on the team.
“Because every window has to be a way and form for us to take the club to the next level. Hopefully we are on the right road but we’re not there.
“And obviously we are on a road that is much quicker and wider than before because the teams here used to win the league with 85, 86 points.
“Now to win the league you might need 100 points so that’s a different dimension of a league.”
