The 2023-24 Premier League season is just around the corner with Manchester City heading to Burnley as they start the defence of their title against last season’s runaway Championship winners on August 11.

Arsenal will be hoping to go one better than last term after finishing second to Pep Guardiola’s side despite topping the table for much of the campaign. The Gunners finished six places above Tottenham Hotspur in 8th, while Chelsea endured a miserable campaign to end 12th, one place behind Crystal Palace.

West Ham had a domestic season that won’t be remembered in a hurry but the 2022-23 campaign will be fondly treasured as they clinched European success in the Europa Conference League.

There has been plenty of transfer activity across London and more is expected before the window closes next month, with Declan Rice moving to Arsenal from West Ham for a record £105million in one of the transfers of the summer.
