Slightly more experienced, the Brazilian international signs from Benfica to take over at the heart of Arteta’s new look three-man defence.
4. CB: Goncalo Inacio
The last of Arsenal’s defensive recruits, Inacio is a 20-year-old prospect from Sporting who has been tipped for big things in the future.
