Gary Lineker has told Victor Osimhen where he should go next after he is done with Napoli. The superstar striker has been linked with a number of clubs, including the likes of Arsenal and Manchester United, but he recently signed a new contract.

Osimhen penned a new deal to keep him in Naples - on paper - until 2026, but the right kind of offer could change all that. Napoli are likely to demand more than £100million for the Nigerian, who has eight goals in 18 games across all competitions this season.

A January deal is out of the question for Arsenal and everyone else due to that price tag, but we could see a bold move from some clubs this summer. Though, there is a bigger question about where Osimhen will want to go if he has a choice of multiple clubs.

Speaking on the Rest is Football podcast, Match of the Day host and former striker Lineker addressed Osimhen's potential dilemma between Premier League clubs this summer.

“I think I’d look at it and I’d go, at the moment, Arsenal," said Lineker. “Obviously, we’re talking about everyone offers the same thing, that’s what you want, blah blah blah in your contract. I mean, to be honest, they earn so much now that you can just choose where you want to go.

“I would say, Arsenal are probably a centre-forward away from winning things. Chelsea are a centre-forward away from becoming competitive again. Manchester United are a centre-forward away from improving, but they’ve still got a long way to go. If I were him, you want to go somewhere where you think you’re going to win things.”
