The Premier League registration has now come and gone, but who remains a free agent?

The summer transfer window was as busy as ever, and both Arsenal and Chelsea were among the busiest, spending hundreds of millions each in a bid to improve their respective squads. Tottenham were also pretty busy, but despite the signings of James Maddison and others, Harry Kane’s departure is what made the headlines in that side of North London.

With the window now over, and with the Premier League registration window also having passed, there are a number of free agents who remain without clubs. Those players can still join new clubs, but they do now face missing out on league and European action depending on where they end up due to registration rules.
